We are thrilled you've chosen Mountain Girl Pickles! We strive to get our delicious, hand-packed products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time

Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 5-7 business days (Monday through Su,nday excluding major holidays) of receiving the order confirmation.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly.

High Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times!
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following domestic shipping options:

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are calculated after the order has been processed and shipped.
3. Perishability & Packaging

Glass Jars: We take great care in packaging our glass jars with protective materials to prevent breakage.

Extreme Weather: As our products are food items, we reserve the right to briefly delay shipment during periods of extreme heat or cold to protect product integrity. We will notify you immediately if your shipment is delayed for this reason.
4. Local Delivery/Pickup (Optional)
If you offer local options, include this section:

Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup at 2825 Wilderness Pl in Boulder colorado, during the hours of 9 AM-4 PM Tuesday - Friday. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery: We do NOT offer delivery to a local address at this time, but hope to do so in the near future.
6. Shipping Issues and Liability
A. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged (broken jar, leakage, etc.), please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery.
B. Stolen or Undelivered Packages

Mountain Girl Pickle Products is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping once it leaves our facility.

If you did not receive your order despite the tracking showing it was delivered, please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you by providing any necessary documentation.
C. Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
