B. Perishable Goods

As our products are perishable, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided and that arrangements are made for timely receipt of the package to prevent spoilage. Mountain Girl Pickle Products is not responsible for spoilage due to delivery delays or failure to pick up the package promptly.
